PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:

The Art of Recovery – How Humor Helps and Laughter Heals

Lois entertains and teaches with personal stories that reflect the attitudes, determination, and perseverance that enabled her to regain her self-confidence and manage the challenges of living with a brain injury twenty years ago. She shares how humor humor helped and laughter healed as she coped with frustrations and adjusted. Lois relates how she repeated these same strategies fifteen years later to navigate through the unexpected difficulties she encountered when she began building her speaker business six years ago. Participants will gain insights and learn humor strategies they can use to cope with unexpected difficulties, recover from the daily demands and pressures of work and home, overcome challenges, protect their health and have more fun.
